Irresistible food, superb wines, and some amazing surprises. At the Chaine des Rôtisseurs Dinner, invited guests will blind taste the top 3 red and 3 white wines, selected during the preliminary voting, to determine the festival’s Grand Champion, Grand Reserve Champion and Reserve Champion.
The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world. The United States chapter, now in its 55th year, is comprised of 6,000 gourmands, gourmets, gastronomes, chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, oenologists, winery owners, sommeliers and food and wine educators. The tradition of enjoying fine dining and the camaraderie of friends at dinners and events continues at the Galveston Island Wine Festival.
